ISO to Examine Standardization Challenges for Ubiquitous City
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Intelligent Transport Systems (TC204) has approved a technical report, ISO TR 28682 World Report for ITS Standards, a joint APEC ( Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) -ISO study of progress in develop ing and deploying ITS standards. The report includes the current status of ITS standardization worldwide and recommendations for standards-developing organizations and goverments. More >>

House, Administration Finding Common Ground on Peru FTA
TIA saluted the efforts of the U.S. House of Representatives Ways and Means Commitee and anticipates a full vote on the House floor on H.R. 3688, the U.S.-Peru Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
